Holders of these Gates should remember that the process of bringing order to chaos takes time. The fundamental call of initiation is to overcome confusion and establish order.
Such people need order in their lives: if they cannot accept the natural limitations of the structure, then the impact of their innovative qualities will always be short-term. Often, they grieve over the fact that they are hindered by the rigidity of physical reality, whether it be a person who does not want to change anything or an old system that holds back new opportunities.
The 60th Gate provides the necessary channel for the chaotic energies of the 3 to eventually mutate with extremely beneficial and long-term effects.

Lines — six stages of development of this energy and possible extremes in its manifestation:

Line 1
Synthesis. Difficulties can be only overcome when all the pertinent factors have been analyzed.
Earth exalted. The understanding that confusion is natural and must always exist before clarity can be achieved. An innate knowing that order will emerge from confusion.
Mercury in detriment. The reliance on intellect at the expense of intuition can lead to unnecessary frustration. The inability to know that order will emerge and the drive to find this knowing elsewhere.
Line 2
Immaturity. The unrestrained acceptance of guidance.
Mars exalted. The unrelenting energy for growth will eventually triumph. The energy and potential for individual mutation.
Uranus in detriment. Internal instability which both accepts and rejects authority simultaneously. Energy and potential that is conditioned by others leading to instability.
Line 3
Survival. The ability to recognize and distinguish between fertile and sterile in their various manifestations.
Venus exalted. In reproduction, the ability to choose the best mate. An innate knowing of what is sterile and what is fertile where the mutation is specifically biological and dependent on collaboration with others.
Pluto in detriment. The perverse denial of evolutionary standards. An innate contrariness which refuses to mutate.
Line 4
Charisma. Innate quality which attracts valued guidance.
Neptune exalted. Physic attunement that magnetizes nurturing. A psychic energy which attracts nourishment and ensures ordering.
Mars in detriment, where the demands of ego lead to rejection. Confused energy that needs nourishment but is generally rejected.
Line 5
Victimization. When actions designed to overcome confusion alienate others.
Mars exalted. The courage to stand by one's convictions. The unique energy of individuality to withstand confusion.
The Earth in detriment, where victimization leads to appeasement and suffering. Confused energy which is dominated by the ordering power of others.
Line 6
Surrender. The ultimate maturity to recognize when struggle is futile.
Sun exalted. As its light sustains, so life goes on. The innate acceptance that ordering is a process, not a problem.
Pluto in detriment. As darkness overwhelms, life can seem worthless leading to depression and the sense of hopelessness. The overwhelming power of confused energy can lead to depression.
