7-31 The Channel of the Alpha
When the gift of Leading (7) combines with the energy of innate Leadership (31), your authority as a Leader is undeniably recognized by society. But that does not mean that it shares your values and the views you lead others to. Your ability to set up quality work, within any team, relies on the power and authority of your natural influence on others through your voice. It is important for such people to be chosen as leaders by others. Recognition fuels the effectiveness of such leadership.
