Another Harmonious Profile is Profile 2/5. Here we are still dealing with the Second Line of the Personality, the Hermit, who wants to know nothing about themselves and whose door has a “Do Not Disturb” sign on it.
As we wrote earlier, the conscious Second Line makes a person build psychological barriers around themselves, and it vitally needs personal space in every sense. The best thing, for example, that parents can do for a child with a Second Line in their Profile is to give them their own room, hand them the key to it, and leave them in peace.
The Second Line is closed and selective: don't expect great openness from it; it is very comfortable in its magical world and has no intention of letting anyone in. The Second Line is afraid that reality will not match its world, and so it carefully protects that world from intrusions from outside.
It responds only to the right, sustained call from a person who is persistent enough in wanting to engage with it. But it is by no means certain that the Second Line will accept every call it receives in its life.
And here, in the Body, we have the Fifth Line of Universalization and Practicality. The Fifth Line makes things work. It takes something from the world and then makes it available to everyone. This is how it enriches the world: it puts something at the service of humanity; it is a savior and a rescuer.
If something of yours has broken, hand it to a person with Profile 2/5, and after turning it over and fiddling with it (without knowing how they do it themselves), they will make it work. Just don't ask the Personality to explain how the Body did it:)
The Fifth Line is the Line of Seduction. But a person with Profile 2/5 has no idea that their body is seducing, because this is unconscious behavior. After all, we only see our own Personality, through which we communicate with others.
They are simply talking, while their Body is seducing at that very moment. And of course this can lead to a great many misunderstandings: “I didn't mean anything like that at all!”
The Fifth Line Body seems to want to give something to others; it embodies seduction. The Second Line wants to hide, while the Fifth seduces. People are seduced and call to the Personality, because the Personality needs to be called, and the Personality doesn't understand what is wanted from it. Because the Second Line Personality wants to be left alone... This is where the paranoia so typical of this Profile comes from.
In Profile 2/5, more than in any other, the theme of Projections is strong: the Fifth Line attracts people's attention and creates the ground for projections, while the Second is not built to be noticed and does not want to deal with the public directly. A person like this is very hard to motivate; they suspect a catch in every offer. And the density of projections often leaves no chance to untangle them.
That is why it is extremely important for Profile 2/5 to make sure they are acting in their own interests and not playing out projections (their own or other people's). Here, of course, the special emphasis is on Strategy and Inner Authority. To act independently of projections and self-projections means to act innocently.
