Profile 1/4: Investigator-Opportunist

First and foremost, when we talk about a person with Profile 1/4, we are talking about a First Line Personality. And here we find the same features we have already seen in Profile 1/3.

The First Line is called the Investigator, and above all a person with Profile 1/4 remains a tireless Investigator of life and of how everything works. Here, too, lies the fear, the sense of insecurity and instability, that drives the First Line to dig the world down to its foundations and take it apart atom by atom.

This is a Personality that came into this world to learn. There are no better students on this planet than people with the First Line in their Profile.

But in Profile 1/4, the Design (the Body) carries the Fourth Line, and that changes everything! If Profile 1/3 is completely absorbed in itself, the Fourth Line of Profile 1/4 knows that other people exist, and it needs them! The Fourth Line in the Design unconsciously knows full well how to behave with these others: it gives off a “program of friendliness.”

As soon as you meet a Fourth Line, you sense how warmly this person feels toward you! It literally beams from their aura! You feel safe with this person, you feel at ease with them, and you want to be friends with them and to be gentle and trusting. All of this is the work of the Four in the Body. The Fourth Line communicates openly and attracts many different people.

Remember that what is red in our Rave Chart (the Design, the Body) is what other people see and recognize in us clearly. So in a person with Profile 1/4, others see their warmth and goodwill, and not at all the reserve and distrust of the First Line. That is where the difficulty lies.

The interaction between a Fourth Line Body and a Second Line Body looks rather amusing: the Fourth Line tries to break through the barriers of the Two and, once interested, sits closer and closer. The Second Line Body feels uncomfortable with such close contact and moves away. The Four sits closer again. The Two moves away again. And so they keep moving back and forth :)

In the context of love and relationships, we again meet the insecurity of the First Line, which is basically unsure whether it wants to step into that experience at all. As we remember, insecurity is the key word for the First Line.

But on the side of the Body, the so-called friendship-based sexuality switches on. That is, in this case, the right partner can only be found through friendship. That is why for a person with Profile 1/4 it is simply vital to first become friends with someone, first to investigate this person and their qualities, and only then to enter (ideally through Strategy and Inner Authority) into a closer relationship with them.

In this context, we can recommend that people with Profile 1/4 be more selective overall in shaping their social circle, because that is exactly where all your most significant connections and opportunities grow from.

It is also worth knowing that the Program created Fourth Lines to spread things: the Fourth Line builds up connections and gladly shares everything it has with everyone around it. And while a Fourth Line in the Personality infects others with ideas and concepts, a Fourth Line in the Body actively spreads infections and illnesses.

Don't Panic! From the point of view of evolution, this is even useful, because for civilization to develop, the body needs to develop normally, and that in turn depends on the development of immunity.

Fours make other people's immunity stronger and more resilient and prevent illnesses from recurring: this way we get a chance, having been ill, to strengthen our immune system and make it resistant. Such is their unusual evolutionary task!
